I get to spend my b day getting cat scans..... sigh.
Long story short.... got really sick late June, all of July, and all of August.
6 trips to the hospital
4 sets of cat scans
And we get:
Appendigitus but that was taken care of in the first 2 weeks.
Erosions, ulcers and inflamation in the esophagus.
Erosion and inflamation of the stomach lining.
Duodenum ulcer in the small intestine
Divertuculosis of the colon.
Surgery to have a hernia near my belly button repaired and appendix was found to be inflamed and abnormal so it was removed.
So.... I was on the mend..... and 4 weeks after the surgery while the wife and I were sitting in traffic (0 mph) we were hit from behind by a b*tch who was traveling 40 mph and she never hit the brakes!

That's the wife on the backboard.
So, wife went to hospital via ambulance - she is suffering from neck pain, shoulder pain and headaches... but is doing ok, considering everything.
Me..... pain around surgery area... severe pain in left shoulder.... pain in neck, shoulders, back etc.... lengthed healing time. Just had another upper endoscopy on Tuesday.... and today I get to have more cat scans on my abdomen.
Grrrrrrr, I'm mad..... but have been consulting a lawyer.

Happy birthday and holy crap. A lot of stuff going on. Get a good general surgeon. I have seen people suffer because they rushed and didn't get a good surgeon. Good luck with everything.
