Well after 6 years of owning f-bodies. My blue turbo car left sunday and I am camaro-less. I will still try and stick around here from time to time, but I am out of the f-body scene.... for now. ;)

It is said isn't it? I went 9 years, 3 f-bodies, owning 2 at once at times, to be camaroless...


funny part was, I was driving a mustang as my dailydriver when my last camaro died. If someone told me that would be my future I would have laughed at him since my most commone username is MustangEater

Know that feeling man, I let the Hugger Orange maro go a couple weeks ago. It's tough, but I got a deal I couldn't really pass up.

someday man, someday.. I lost my 97 RS to scum bags in Clarksville tn at a chevy dealer that cheated me out of the car and money when I got back from Iraq... bastards..

but I got another 97 base model, tore it apart, and now im rebuilding an 01.

why, all the headaches make it more worthwhile ;) believe me, i've been through many headaches from time to time. I know it'll be time to decide next year whether I want to rid myself of the bird, or rid myself of the 240. I'm hoping by the end result will be neitehr and I'll have a job right out of college (very unlikely)

yeah once I got my 5.0 I got reminded of the world of easy to work on cars, so much better then the last 2 4th gens I worked with.

the day i stop driving a fbody will be glorious, it'll be nice to do things as easy as changing a ****ing fog light without tearing half the car apart to get to it.

Well yeah 3 rd gen is so much more easier than 4 th gen. Just look at the spark plugs, but you know I wouldn't trade the 4 th gen for anything and it's a great learning experience and appreciation.

I wouldn't mine going back to carb. cars again like 1st gen Firebird or 70's Vette.
