but at the end of the day it's still a crime. and yes because he's famous and in the spot light they are going to make an example of him.

Drunk Driving is a Misdemeanor unless substantial damage is caused, then it get's upgraded. Robbing someone point-of-gun, possession of a firearm without a permit to carry, and kidnapping are all felonies in any state! Yes, he did all of these.

        [edit]
I have to edit this after doing some research:
Possession of a firearm without a permit to carry is allowed in the state of Arizona, as long as the firearm is visible. If it is concealed, then you need a permit to carry. Exceptions to the rule applies to convicted felons and minors.

letzride , you keep saying he stole back what he all ready owns....just out of curiousity , how do you know he still owned those items at the time of the confrontation?

i would guess those items were auctioned along with his estate to pay for the wrongful death suit he lost...

i remeber seeing something on fox news about that from what i understood from the video is that he had givin the items to the people so that when he did auction the estate he could say the items had been stolen that way later he could retrieve said items and not have to loose them i.e. Heisman trophy and ther misc. sports memorabilia

It's what the media reported...of course I don't know the full details, and neither does the rest of the public...you only know what you are told...

I just can't help but believe his past has come back to haunt him...
