seriously? "Canada I think?" I could understand if he was from some primitive backwater town, but, Toronto, Ontario? even if you don't know any of the provinces, still, it is bloody Toronto. It is a hop skip and a jump from Detroit and across from Buffalo, for crying out loud. Sorry if this is a little off topic but I just had my mind blown for a second. I know Canada is totally unimportant to many Americans, but at the very least you should definitely know where Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, and Montreal are.

i kind of just let the things that aren't really important to me slip out of my head like geography ect. lol. i dont even know most street names i drive on but i sure know how to get there and where iam going. my mind is completly focused on building up my 3.8 and learning about engines atm. all the other stuff i kind of put to the side or just dissapears from my brain lol. (yea now this post is really off topic)

Gears and a limited slip will help out with that low range pickup.

I have different wheels, and never got my speedo fixed (would a tune fix that?), so mine hits second at 40, so if i punch it there, its totally dead. I can lay into mine at about 55, DEAR LORD!! HOLD ON!! sometimes ill be on the interstate and nail it at 55, and swear that i could pass a ferarri that was racing me. and since i put headers and intake (i did that free ram air thing) 3nd even pulls pretty good all the way till i let out of it.

right now i have the heads gettin decked, tested, and 3 angle valve job done. im also adding 1.9:1 rockers that supposedly add about 10-15 rwhp, and ls6 valve springs. a little porting here and there and im hoping to be really using that upper rpm range.

and yes, Toronto is in canada...you know...the country above the US? lol

and you do realize the numbers I posted earlier were in km/h to right? 0-40km/h is kinda weak...40km/h to 100km/h is a monster....100-120ish is kinda flat....120 if you hit the gas she pulls pretty nice...then again, at 120km/h in my car you are sitting at about 3000rpm, so she is ready waiting in that power band...

cause it is, mustang v6-slow, tiburon v6-slow, anything else 2002 and before v6-slow, to me it seems to be the fastest in its class....

bc it sounds like the engine wants to fly out of the heavy car in higher rpms, but its got so much weight to carry that its not really going anywhere (on a stock 3.8) its like this kind of.. the cars making alot of noise like its zooming down the street but its actually not going anywhere (as fast as it should be for how the car sounds) these cars obviously have so much potention in that strong 3.8 but they are so heavy.

Pretty sure the American juniors just won, 10-0... Bring it on! I hope I can watch it tomorrow.

thats it only 10-0??...pfft...we felt pitty for the team we just dominated 12-0...I'll be watching (hopefully)

yes you can...part of changing the speedo is dividing your tire height by your gear...

....my engine doesnt sound like it wants to fly out of my car....however, when I punch it from 40 the front end feels like it takes off on the downshift...and the rear end feels like it catches up to the car a second or so later...like the rips apart then comes back together again lol....
