just kinda curious, but why dont you go ahead and use a 3400 intake and heads and stuff??
because then you have to change pistons, modify the timing cover, throttle cable linkage, get new heads, intakes, new throttle body and fuel rail. new coolant temp sensors, pretty much go to megasquirt etc etc
werd.
i have a 3.8 so i really didnt go too deep into the 200 whp 3.4 to figure out what you really have to do...
so when you gone start assembly?

2000 Firebird- Intake, Pacesetters, !cat, full 2.5 to flowcrapster, 1.9 rockers, LS6 springs and Intense modded retainers, WS6 speedlines, T/A bumpers and hatch, 5 spd swapped, SOON TO BE nitrous'd and cammed.
I'm just curious, what are your expected HP goals? Don't be dissuaded by the nay sayers; the 3.4 may not be the most ideal foundation for a build, but the point is it's your car, your money, and your dream.
Hell, I've dumped near $2500 into my 3.8L. Do I know it's futile to expect massive power goals? Yes. But the car was free, and I'm making it fast on my own terms. You'd be surprised how many people get offended when they are beaten by my V6 Firebird, throwing out excuses like "Why the hell did you put nitrous on your V6 auto" and the like. Take them as compliments; people have to insult you to cope with their shame of a humiliating V6 F-Body defeat, lol.

realisiticly i am shooting for 200 -210 hp.
this is with a ridiculous amount of mods and money spent. sooooo maybe not really cost effective, but i have so much fun modding this car and you can't put a price on a good time!

Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
