She still looks pretty good. The paint and clear coat on these cars is really good - 10 years in the south Florida sun and it still shines. The picture below was taken this morning. Compare it to my much older photo below. The sun is at the wrong angle for good colors, but what the heck.
Your car lookks good for it's age, I use to have mine detailed every 6 months, it kept my car in pretty good shape. I got my 96' Camaro in Dec. 95 18 miles on it, only had it painted last year, wasn't garaged when I first bouht it so for over 13 years it took a AZ heat beating. Paint job sucked I got last year so I'm having it repainted going from white to black, I hope to get it back Mon. and it will be always garaged kept.

well, you are lucky you dont have to deal with rust and crap like us northerners
cant buy a car without expecting it to get messed up, sadly.

Yes , I'm def. glad I don't have to deal with rust, when I see pics of peoples cars they are working on and having trouble with rusted bolts etc. I feel sorry for them. Even my welds I make on my car don't rust but I use a rust protectant paint anyways. I'm glad I'm the original owner so I know what has been done to it over the past 13 years. Hell I still have lifetime warranties on my ALT., starter, water pump, and A/C compressor through the GM Good wrench lifetime warranties, thats part & labor. Before I'm done I will have gotten at least 1/4 of what I paid for my car because I'm never selling it. LOL

The only rust area is a very small section inside the engine compartment where battery acid or something caused a problem. I patched it up with Rust Bullet.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

I’m new. I actually don’t own a Camaro or firebird. I do have a 2000 Camaro 3.8 fly by throttle and 4l60e. This is installed in a 1980 Triumph TR7...
