dno about the west coast, but ups sucks on the west coast. Slowest shipping around and hardly ever makes their est. delivery dates in my experience. Fed Ex has ALWAYS made them, 90% of the time being at least a day early.
usps really does have a great track record. Never had a problem with a car being in front of the mail box though, we have 4 boxes next to each other, I guess people just know not to park there.
yeah well screw the DHL people.. I mean since they arnt going to or already dont deliver in the US anymore... I received a damaged item, 7 months and I still havent received my insurance.... bastards.. But everyone else is cool... lol
No offense to DHL people on here... if ur still working for them.

The Post Office has stolen cash a couple of times from B-day cards and what not, always stamped damaged, they leave the card in there and take the cash. Damm theives, use the scanners to find money rather than doing their job to find drugs and whatnot.
