After a long hard day of...unspoken work I had to do with legal issues (community service) I arrived home at my apartment complex. There I ended up stuck in the parking lot and ended up getting myself out without even stepping out of the vehicle..uphill. Well, as I was slowing to a stop, I noticed one strange new thing about my car. LEPRACHAUNS. Leprachauns had invaded my 3800 Series II...where inside the engine block, they were making this loud racket known as a rod knock. Panicing, I checked the oil and dumped a quart in...apparently a quart of oil disappeared since yesterday or something? and then a little more just to be sure...Royal Purple is a rather filmy and thin oil so accurate dipstick readings are a bit difficult in this ohio weather...in my opinion. Upon doing so, I restarted my vehicle and hit the throttle just ever so slightly..to my dismay, the knocking had not vanished. I drove Vendetta the two blocks down to my parents street, sliding on the ice, slush and snow all at once...and upon reaching the driveway I tapped the gas and made her slide into her usual parking spot when I go to my parents house...where now she sits...slowly dying without any funds to do anything.
It truly is a sad day for me...for the one woman who has never broken my heart is suffering and dying slowly...I must make a few final checks on her before I pronounce her blown but touche karma...touche.
FYI - 220k miles with every original gasket isn't bad if you ask me. =)
