this is very interesting.. i was under the impression that online schools were a joke

i know the head of the business department at my school, and she says that she feels sorry for people who take the internet classes because most people wont even accept them

Thats becuase if everyone went to online school she'd be out of a job...or she is uneducated in that aspect of schooling...

If you go to a unreputable "just gimmie your money" type of online school, then it is a joke...

I needed a grade 12 biology credit to get into the program I wanted for University (took 2 years off, and realized the program I finally chose I needed a biology for)...I went to a reputable online school and got my mark.

Ryerson offers online courses...the only thing you miss online is first hand knowledge from your prof, or guess speakers...the work is the same...same readings, same kinda material, same kinda tests...why would that be a joke? Almost every university offers online courses, and degrees I believe....
