thats nuts...I pay 6g's at Ryerson and I think that, that is a lot...we are complaining that tuition should be lower...government should want people to be going to school... shouldnt have to be in debt for the next 30 years because you wanted a university education...

$18g for BGSU and even more for OSU... Findlay Uni.. bout $15g its a private uni. so not too bad for a private school.. I think Owens Co. college runs about 6-8 g..

Our gas prices are higher due to taxes...next time you're at PetroCan read the sticker on the pump which shows how much the gov't taxes every litre. I believe it's something like 32%.

If you think it's bad in Ontario, everytime I go to back home to Quebec a litre is usually 10-12 cents more...more tax in Quebec at something like 40% on every litre.

Man you guys pay like 15g's for universities...what are these like well know prestigious places...or like regular universities...and I am not talking about staying on rez either, or adding books in...only tuition costs....

Tuition at prestigious Uni's can be as high as 40k/year. At mine it is about 30k/year for tuition. It has been steadily rising also.

oh we are talking a year! haha wow. I was talking semesters.. yeah your looking at a good $20-40k per year for a good education.. thats why we are loosing more and more professional jobs and getting more and more walmart attendants. lol Just cost too much to go to school anymore. grants wont cover it, and unless your a single mother, black, rich, or can play sports like a pro school is out of the question...
Course Toledo uni is giving out free tuition for students.. its something lucus Co is doing to help keep people around and get better jobs in the Toledo Ohio area.. But you have to be a lucas Co res. its bull****

and prices are slowly going up.. IT SUCKS! I have medical bills.. you dont! lol I cant afford college, you get to go for free.. So please let us live with our low gas prices.. lol

I've heard for an American Ivy league degree you can pay in excess of $60k a year. By comparison, I have two degrees from Canadian Ivy league schools, McGill and U of T, where I paid $3k and $6k per year respectively.

hmm...maybe I dont feel sooo bad about the gas...our tuitions are still high as hell though...you guys are just overkilling it with your tuitions though...what the hell is your government doing?...dont you guys pay more taxes then us to? and have more people? like wtf does all your money go to? military? Are taxes go to the state, county, city officals where they use the money to refurbish their offices every year wasting 300,000 just on 1 desk and then there are the accessoriess for the office. So I couldn't even imagine how much they scam into their pockets in private accounts that some how gets transfered out of the states and they don't know where the money went. For instantance the County here could not account for 68 million dollars so they had to stop hiring employees and do lay offs. Thats just the county. Throw the state , city and esp. federal in there and there is where all the money goes. Just like the Big 3 , all the big shots took all the money over seas to accounts and let their Companies go down the drain. Then they expect to be bailed out. Then there are the illegals that use up all our money and resources for Americans instead of coming into the Country legally.
