Re: Change you can believe in: Obama's budget deficit
I love how is whole stimulus package just creates work not jobs. When the work ends we will back in the same hole that we are in right now if not worse.
Re: Change you can believe in: Obama's budget deficit
As long as he can change and take care of what the Bushes screwed up all in the past years, I'll be happy. Also I hope he's not in the oil business on the side and make money off the people like the Bushes.

yeah, and i hope obama has really cute relations with iran and all them. maybe if we blow them and ask them to sit down and talk to us nicely they won't kill our citizens??? sounds like a nice plan to me.
stop crying
things will be 10 times worse in more important issues with obama.
Re: Change you can believe in: Obama's budget deficit
The Bushes and Iran are a family name together, I think there coming out with a new line of oil this next year. Obama will be fixing Bush's bad decisions over the next 4 years. I feel bad for Obama but I believe he will come through. Heres a tear for you.LOL I'm not crying about anything we have Obama in there, I think your the one who is crying since Obama is in there, get over it, hes there for 4 years and probably another 4 after that. Unless the Bushes have a 3rd cousin who's going to run named Bin Laden, then he might have a chance.LOL

lol, he wont get re-elected. take that to the bank. he's going to put us in the sh!tter even worse with his spending.
True.... my favorite, is how he is already going back on alot of the things he promised when he was elected, No more earmarks/pork fat... then that steaming pile of wasted taxpayer's money is getting passed... LOL
Not saying Bush was good or bad... but alot of our financial woes go back to the 90s and our clinton's fault. Somebody let the economy grow to fast and out of control..., can't blame him, he knew he would be out of office when it would turn around and start tanking.

I will never say Obama was a bad politician... I will say he will be a bad president, I disagree with just about everyone of his financial policies.
But he was a good politician, he has everyone one convinced he will do good.
Come on, less taxes on the poor? The poor barely get taxed, what are they going to do with this extra money? Run to walmart and spend money on china made goods?
Well now we have to make up for it... tax rich/corporations, which are already the highest taxed organizations out there.
Its cheaper now just to move somewhere else, and run your business there.
With obamas policies, maybe more people on disability and welfare will be able to afford expensive In vitro fertilization and have octupulets.
My thoughts, less government, less spending... When you think of the most wasteful, inefficient organizations in teh world, what do you think of? The IRS, DMV, Military, FEMA, school systems, Police departments, etc... so why expand these, why waste more money on them?
I say, dont spend more money, cut wastes spending, cut taxes, give the people the money, not take the peoples money and give it to other people.
People defaulting on loans... don't give banks money give people money to not default on loans.

Thank you!!!
Clinton made everything accessible. Low income people could get a loan to buy a BRAND NEW house, instead of a starter home. Plus Fanny May, Freddie Mac, and all this big banks had all these ties with the Democrats. That's why there's no hearing committee.
Clinton made credit card accessible to everybody, especially to low social economic people and to students who can't afford them with insane interest rate tack on them. Bush was the one who lowered the interest rate on student loan. But tuition was up in turn. So that was a draw back too.
In 2002 that was debated up to 2003 - Bush wanted to appoint an oversight committee to oversee these banks and credit card and their practice of lending and loaning. Guess who fought hard against it? Democrats!! Guess who was on the lead-Hillary Clinton.
Yes, we had 6 years of economic prosperity with Bush but he did buried us in deficit. But this was due mostly to war. And he did elimate the spending that went on during the Clinton era. Plus his no child left behind policy created a lot of expense too. So yeah I criticize him on that because it added to the deficit.
When he came into his presidency we were heading for an economic recession in the early 2000. Plus 9/11 happened it made things worst for the stock market. Then we went to war. But you know what instead of increasing the Tax he decreased it and it helped the economy alot. He created a lot of small businesses and jobs.

What pisses me off the most is that Bush was not popular with the media. The celebs heated it up even more, plus all those environmentalist nuts. They all had an agenda of getting the Democrat into power. Bush was treat them because Bush had a 95-87% approval rating in 2002-2002. Dem. didn't stand a chance in the next election. So they criticized on everything.
Just look how the media is not reporting how Obama only has 18% of US support for his stimulus package. Most of these will support the banks again, they screwed up the first stimulus package, they shouldn't be bailed out anymore. I say let them fail and let the small mom & pop take care of it.
I don't agree with Bush, but I can see all the false things they've said about him.
Re: Change you can believe in: Obama's budget deficit
What gets about Obama is that he's going to make it hard for me to drive my old truck and modified Firebird. There's going to be a new environmental law that going to make it hard us Californians and Arnold supports it. Obama wants to make an example of Calif. so that other states would follow.
