Well, I found myself looking at Miatas again, just so happened to find one I like. Now I can buy this outright with my tax return money, however with the purchase of this car, I would have to separate with my Camaro (I cant maintain 2 cars at the moment, getting married). In that separation, I would drop a turbo in it and add a few other things to make it peak at about 200hp (to include weight reduction). Even before buying my 'maro a while back, I almost bought a supercharged Miata, but someone beat me to the car. So...opinions? Comments? Point and laugh at me?

if your looking to cruise, get a classic car and roll.
if your looking to take it out and race the damn thing like they were sorta made for, then do it.
but if your looking for a great looking car, that you can drive daily, take to the track, and make love to... Use your money and put it back into the economy by purchasing the things you wanted for your camaro and put some love into her once and for all. Once you get started modding your camaro regardless if its power or cosmetics, you'll never stop.

But I have seen what a miata can do to a human when it gets SMACKED by a bigger (most - ok all) cars. they should of just been buried with the car. lol

my friend turbo his miata and its... well interesting. still don't understand why he did it but if your set on doing it go for it. i personally wouldn't give up the camero. oh ya my friend is gay btw :)

If your Camaro is a P.O.S. then do it....if not then don't. I think the Miata is a great car for AutoX and a fun car to zip around in during the nicer months. I know this will sound odd on this site but the Camaro is more practical. I regret getting rid of my Camaro about everyday I drive my car, but well there is no but.....
