What do you guys think of HUD?

That's a pretty neat setup. I helped install a HUD into my boyfriend's '05 Grand Prix, but that wasn't more than cutting the dash and doing some wiring. That one is rather low key; it can only be seen from the driver's perspective only, shows anything from the cluster or DIC (data info cluster) and radio. And of course, there's the "stealth mode" where the gauge cluster lights turn off and only the HUD shows up.

Of course, working with a carputer or something that takes a little more custom work would be a little more work. But if it can be pulled off and look clean, I say go for it.
