That's not an easy thing to do. I was a smoker for 7 years and I know how hard it is to stop. Just be careful I almost started again after two years. I was at a New Years eve party and had one then the following weekend I had some more and had to fight it off again. Now I hate smoke, the best law they ever passed was no smoking in restaurants.

my only problem with quitting smoking is the things associated with it.. drinking, smoking while driving, needing something to do when im bored, needing something in my hands.

well, i quit drinking and smoking, mainly because i wanted to quit smoking, and i wouldnt smoke at all till i started drinking, so i quit drinking too. wasnt that hard for me, only smoked for like 5 years...

Day 20 and no homicides. It's ok, I just get ramped up really fast now.... the fuse is very short! So.. in time that will go away, it's just with work projects, morons, etc... it sucks. But I just wanted to quit to live a better life. And I don't drink much as it is. Been to the bar 3 times and didn't even want to smoke.. so that was cool.

i haven'e ever smoked no desire to but i have heard a bar is a horrible idea if your trying to quit.. and i could see why.. so your must be doing pretty damn good to not get an urge in a bar.. congrats..
