need wax opinion

last fall my brother decided it would be a good idea to wash his black mustang then spay it down with a wax as you dry type of product AND NOT DRY HIS CAR! so he let his car sit out in the sun right after this and now its all spotty and horrid looking. i need to know what i can use to get this thing looking good again? any wax, polishing compound or whatever i need to use let me know

You can check out what Turtle Wax Black Box did to my black cars. The cleaner will help remove that old wax, but you have to do it under a shade or inside a garage away from the sun and wind.

Dawn soap removes all that old wax so you can start fresh my brotha!

some dawn. clay bar Ice tortle wax liiquid polish(u can apply direct sunlight) gold class meguiars ALL HELP.
