        Whipcream and cherries.

Not really, but get a bottle of vodka and rub it all over the irritated area.

          I wouldn't know.

A few years ago I was working and asked someone what poison ivy looked like. They told me to take a step back and look at the vine that was rubbing against my face.

Fast forward to last year. I was landscaping and mentioned that I am not affected by poison ivy. The boss didn't believe me, so he pointed to a vine and told me to prove it. I ripped the vine out with my bare hands, crumpled the leaves up, broke the vine apart and rubbed it on my hands, etc. Nothing!

Same here. After 21 years of various camping trips, summers at a forest cabin, and generally living in the natural state, I've never been affected by poison ivy. Hell, I've stomped through it and pretty much rolled around in it and nothing.

Maybe you have it on your sheets since you wake up with it even worse. That stuff lingers on laundry..

From what I hear poison ivy doesn't spread at all after you get it. You get it from touching the leaves or whatever and the only reason it appears to spread is because parts of your body may have come in contact with more than the rest. This means you can scratch that **** all you want, even though I wouldn't recommend that since your foot or arm will end up looking messed up.

I'm pretty allergic to the stuff, get it almost every summer when I work outside for my job. It's gotten to the point where when I do work outside I put on a painting suit and gloves.

That's not true, it spreads like wildfire if you don't keep something on it to protect the other parts of your body.

yeah man that's BS. the oils in it are aggravated when you scratch or heat it, it and that's what causes it to spread.
