so you dont have the w68 code which iirc is ground effects. so someone must have put them on which explains the ss spoiler. the factory sport appearance package has a lip spoiler which if removed leaves holes that need to be filled. but altogether a nice find. i dig the 2 tone.

W68 is actually the ground effects package for Firebirds. You're thinking of Y3F, which is the package for Camaros. But that is also not on there, so the ground effects could have been added at the dealership upon request or by a previous owner.

i like the car, didnt see any pix of the 91 u traded for it! the tails r good, nice SS spoiler, wheels look good, the paint looks good from what i can see, i think u made a good trade!

She may not be to everyones taste, but I like it and its NOT stock. Just recently discovered SLP ram air :D I wonder what else is hiden away in my car...

LOL i had a 92 firebird with a 3.1 auto... it was a freakin turd. You got the better end of the stick though, that 3.8 should be faster and get better fuel mileage than the 5.0 turd-gen LOL

Dont hate on the 3rd gens, I love them. That thing was a blast to drive! Granted, you are correct, the 3.8 would murder it. And its apparent that some owner before me has put some money under the hood :D

My older brother had a 91' Camaro 5.0 RS 5 speed with the marron red which I loved the color of it. I wanted to buy it from him when he sold it because it was mint. I wanted to put a blower on it and have it come out the hood. I forget which blower it was but it was bad@ss. I think it would of made it like 350hp and 450tq at the wheels. That thing would of been a beast except for the 5 speed would have blown and a G-Force woudl of been installed. I always liked how low they sit and their stance just from stock form and stock wheels were nice too. Some headers, 3" exhaust and a blower = a mean machine. I always loved the 5.0's. Build that beast up the exhaust tone is very nice also.
