Sea Foaming your car is so embarrassing

I sea foamed my wife's car this weekend because I'm going to have it smogged on Monday.

Well I waited till like 9 pm so that the neighbors would be indoors or fast asleep because I know it's going to smoke. Well because of the heat (over 100* here) many neighbors decided to spend time outdoors. There were even kids playing basketball....at 9 pm!!!

It was now of never and I had to do it. Once I applied it I SWEAR the whole neighborhood was engulfed in smoke. Many neighbors thought I blew a head gasket or something. The neighborhood kids had to stop by and see what was going. I had no idea there would be so much smoke.

Just to save face I took the car for a drive and I definately covered the whole street with smoke. Many drivers had to drive around me. One lady screamed out that my car is on fire.

thats why Im afraid to sea foam my car...someone will call the firedept...and I will have a whole crowd of people lol...

I wonder if the MOE (ministry of Environment) can give you a ticket for that... because technically you are now releasing a substance into the natural environment...

I dunno...dont you guys have environmental police for illegal dumping or releasing toxins into the environment? I personally havent seen any of the inspectors, but I know they exist...

Yeah it is the Communist Country of Canada the MOE would likely fine you and pull the plates on the car. Gotta love the Communist government of Canada.

I like to seafoam, it makes me laugh when you stop traffic behind you because you are blowing smoke everywhere...but maybe thats just me...:naughty:

someone would have to call the MOE though...some of my neighbours probably would to ....I think if I ever seafoam I will have to find a large empty parking lot in the middle of nowhere and do it...

The aforementioned is probably your case. My car had 70,xxx miles on it before I seafoamed it for its first and only time so far....It wasn't near the smoke show as some of my friends cars I have done for them...which is good :rolleyes:

I suppose so, but before I did the turbo build on the 98 I seafoamed it really expecting to see a ton. I even warned my mom not to worry if she saw it. Hardly anything. I'll try to get my gf to let me seafoam her 93 topaz just so I can get the satisfaction.
