So im driving to work today and going about 40mph and this car comes flying out of a parking lot trying to beat me and then slams on their brakes and stops just befor hitting me. Sounds like an everyday thing but when they stop thier hubcap keeps going. I have no where to go car on my left and a huge truck behind me. I put the brakes on and slowdown just befor hitting it and crunch. I get to work and look at it and all kinds of paint is chipped and my bumper cover is cracked.

You should of stopped when it happened and inspected the car...when you saw there was damage the guy would have been right there...I would of made him pay...its debris from his car so he is responsible...
