Funny BOV battle..

I was coming up to an intersection.. An SRT is coming the opposite way and with my window down he freakin let's loose on this ear piercingly high pitched BOV. I mean, it wasn't loud.. But it was like nails on a chalkboard.

Son of a *****.

I was doing a scan via HP tuners around town which was the point of this trip, and on my way back home.. almost at the exact intersection, I see him coming again in the opposite direction as me. Well I'm ready for this ****er this time with my RFL. Put it up to about 4-5k and let loose right in his fuggin window.

atta boy!! i've had punks do that to my ls1 in the most ridiculous riced out cars---so i just drown them out and scare them off with 350 cubic inches of angry camaro revving.

RFL BOV, stands for Really F'n Loud. I'm not gonna go into what a BOV is though since there's tons of information all over the internet about those.

Nice, hows your car with the improved piping, how much boost are you getting now?

I'm still limited by my wastegate spring, waiting for a dog training payment from my mom to buy anything else for my car which would include a controller.

Otherwise, it's smooth as hell. And I piped the wastegate to actually go into the exhaust rather than being loud as hell when it opens. I'm very very glad I did because the exhaust sounds really nice now. The in car sound has improved immensely. It's getting closer to that famous youtube vid of the green camaro. I'll have to record a neutral rev to see what it's really like. But under load.. It's never sounded better.

I'll have to look into routing my wastegate blowoff back into the exhaust, I wasn't planning on it, but I might look into it now. The Tail 50mm BOV looks like might be loud.

Definitely do it. lmao, I used crank handles we use to crank the legs up and down on trailers. They're light weight, almost the perfect size, nice bends, and best of all.. they were free for me.
