Dropped off the alternator at a repair shop today at lunch. It was not charging when put under a load. They are going to rebuild it going back with a heavy duty regulator and rectifier. They are guessing that it will be pushing around 140amps. I also left them a can of spray paint for the aluminum housing. They are going to repaint it after they pull it apart and sand blast it.

Let's see, in the last month I've added the RS kit, 35th anniv SS stripes, new fuel pump assy, crank sensor, ignition control module, ECM, is that enough? It's been in the shop more than it's been in the driveway, but I just got it back today so I'm happy!! Running like a champ!
I installed my 6000K HID fog lights that I removed for my intercooler and installed them in my high beams. I can click my high beams on and I have both low / high beam lights on at the same time. Which are both 6000K HID's now. Looks good with both sets of lights on at the same time, I miss the fog lights though. Will be doing a 01' 14.1 steering rack & pinion with coupler upgrade since I just got the 01' steering column in. Also will be installing my QA-1 rear shocks, raised my front QA-1's another 1/2" and installing a LT1 tranny crossmember. Then start working on turbo kit, measuring pipes and cutting them up and tack welding them so they can be tig welded.

Added another 55 miles driving to work, gonna add another 55 driving it home this evening. Change the oil every 9 weeks. Just about to roll 242,000 miles. Gets 26 mpg on the hwy. Gotta take care of it for the next 3 years. After I get my truck paid for, might look for a 98-02 with a 3.8 and 5 speed. Mine is a 94 with a 3.4.
