    Kroger brand Shells and Cheese. FAR better than Velveeta or that Kraft ****.

                        Damm flaming, 1 of my dumps it about the size of you. LOL. Eat some meals, when you go in the military I'm sure they will put some weight on ya.

                          thats what i eat at like midnight when i get the ole hunger pangs, right now im on a bulk the hell up diet. i drink slim fast with my meals, and in between meals i drink slim fast, and at night i make up a nice big 30g protein shake. im taking in about 5200 calories a day...and i am trying for more.

                          and as soon as i get my paycheck, im gettin some of this.
