taking 3 protien drinks a day is good hopefully once when you wake up, after the gym and before bed. you can also take one before the gym depending on when you go. i would also take some sort of pre work out supplement like nitric oxide ( no xplode, nano vapor, super pump) which will really help you to focus as well as increase your blood flow so that you can lift more longer and not feel tired. and as far as eating to gain weight , just make sure its not junk, and believe it or not too much red meat isnt a great thing. so add variety into what your eating as well. 30 days wont give huge gains but if u stay on a regimented schedule and dont skip a day youll see some changes.

My buddy absolutely devastated some guy who was one of those biceps model-types you see at the gym. Kid thought that having pretty boy gym muscles made him strong...

                          Huh....I totally missed this thread.

I'm a short 5'6" and I've been skinny and sick pretty early in my life. I've been picked on by bullies and I've been beatened up by girls (no kidding). Funny thing is I was into comic books and all of my superheroes were muscular like Mighty Thor, Hulk, Batman, and Superman. So I have to be muscular too.

This is my website if you guys are interested in how I did it. Yeah, it's free information. www.hitbodybuilding.com I have more pics in my website.

                          At age 19 I was 118lbs

                          Here's me at age 24 at 182lbs

Here's me competing at a national level at age 26 at 170lbs

This is what I look like in my 30's at 232lbs

I stopped competing because the promoters were allowing steriod users who were off the drugs for a year to compete against us and I protested by not competing anymore. Plus I lost my interest because it's a total lifestyle where you can't eat what you want.

Just remember that muscles respond to stimulus and once stimulated you have to make sure you give them rest so that they have time to grow and raw materials, good quality food, in order to grow properly.

It takes a little bit of time to master your body. Once you do it is great thing. You can sculpt it in whatever ways you want.

I sort of lost mine when I got married and didn't train for 3 years. But I'm getting back into it again.
