Cheap Trick was, well, Cheap Trick. 40min short set. yes, 40 mins, played all their hits. 20 min set up for poison
Poison was good, but expected more. Bret mentioned C.C's name like 52 times. 1hr set 30min or so set up for DL, big stage set up
Def Leppard surpassed the hype. Played selections from all albums& Phil Collin & Gilby Clark haven't lost a thing, their chops are still most rightious :rock: played thru 1110 (stupid ordinance about playing after 11, just like Merriweather concert. grrrrrr )
seen it at the Nissan Pavilion. crowd ranged from jail bait to cougars, w/a nice mix shakin their tales in front of us (lawn seats & pics to rember them by :naughty: )
Get tickets while you cain, the drinks there were $11 24oz beer :omg: , the pizza was $11 (domingos small) and the shirts are cheaper on line.
