Yea, im slowly converting it to be more of a rock crawler than it is in its current state, and last thing I need is a damn rock going through my fuel tank.
Plus, when I bought this jeep, it was leaking fuel, so I pulled the tank and started reparing holes, only to find more, and more, until it stopped leaking, 20 holes total.
So a small tank in the rear of the jeep is ideal, i was shooting for a minimum 10 gal capacity.
this is my little rock crawler, with the shorter tank, only held about 8 gallons.
i miss that thing...
