That one's been for sale a few different times. Belongs to a guy on some of the other F-body forums. Still a very clean Granatelli car.

I think the car would be worth more left without the koni stuff and corvette stuff...imo.

looks like he also did the whistler mod, clear corners and shorty antenna. again, sh!t that would have problem kept the value up had he not put his mitts on it. I am shocked it doesn't have a billit grille and the berger mod.

lol. there are plenty of regular old z cars and ss's that he could "mod" but for some reason he chose a rare one...i just dont get people sometimes.

You guys do realize that those are parts that can easily be switched out, right? He's since deleted his latest sale threads on 'tech and a few other sites, but I'm pretty sure they mentioned that the original parts would go with the car when sold. And even if it is a "rare" collectors' edition that's been modified, as you can see the asking price is the going rate of a lower mileage SS or Firehawk in some areas. Not exactly something I'd get all worked up over modifying.

Hate to see what you guys would say if you saw when he retrofitted a set of C6 projectors into some OEM headlights...

im the kind of person i modify my v6, they arent worth that much, or modify my beetle, they are plentiful aswell. if it were a pre 57 matching numbers bug, you believe it would be stock. and if i had a grantashoobie camaro, it would be left to production specs. im just a collector like that.

Some automatic V8 f-bodies had 2.73 rears from the factory

I suppose they do have the power to make up for the gearing. And it definitely helps in gas mileage. But I wouldn't buy a v8 for gas mileage.
