Thinking about de-badging, Think my truck would look better without the door badges (GMC 2500HD & Duramax / Allison Transmission ) and the (4x4) badge on the bed of the truck.
Heres some pics...
Also curious what you guys think of the step bars, Should I get rid of them or leave em?
Pics are kind of far but I think it would look good with all the badges gone and no step bar. Also, I think that the silver/chrome or whatever that runner thing is should be either black or removed. (Is the truck black? lol)
I would probably just get the badges and step bar removed then see if the third part would look good. Maybe get a photoshop of it black/removed once you complete the first two.
yeah ditch the 2500 and durmax and 4x4 if they cant tell it's a d-max with the stack they don't know anything about trucks lol i know i've said this before but bad as* truck man looks great steps..... it will make it look a little taller but there very functional i love my steps on my jeep
badgeless, lose the step bars, and drop it like two inches, take the GMC off the front and get a nice billet grill of some sort, chrome the wheel well maybe.
I would leave it, Nice looking truck , I'm looking into getting a 00' GMC here soon, since I already have the HPtuners for it.
08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
96' Camaro M5 to A4 conversion, alot of mods . GT35R Turbo full suspension. Built engine
i like that truck ... the rims look good on it ... a little too much tire/fender gap for me ... i'd probably lower it a 2-3 inches or put slightly larger tire with some big tread
schweet truck strt, my vote is take off the 4x4 emblem, leave the rest.

2000 Firebird- Intake, Pacesetters, !cat, full 2.5 to flowcrapster, 1.9 rockers, LS6 springs and Intense modded retainers, WS6 speedlines, T/A bumpers and hatch, 5 spd swapped, SOON TO BE nitrous'd and cammed.
I say leave all of it as is; the only difference I would make would be to get a black 4x4 badge on the back, it'll look more subtle. If you do do anything, just get the new ones. The badges came on the truck, why make it look cheaper. And for gods sake do not take those running boards off they look bada$$. Unless you get the electronic ones. My buddy put some on his 07 f350 and they come down when you open the doors. But he needs them his truck because it is really high in the air.

Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
