i like that truck ... the rims look good on it ... a little too much tire/fender gap for me ... i'd probably lower it a 2-3 inches or put slightly larger tire with some big tread
The stock height of the 2500's are bigger than reg. 1500 and the 2500 comes with the flared fenders which looks great, I agree some bigger tires would look good. This is why I want the 2500 HD's their bad@ss and the 00' around here are going for $5000 to $7000.
08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
96' Camaro M5 to A4 conversion, alot of mods . GT35R Turbo full suspension. Built engine
I know, story of my life... I was planning on lifting the truck, but I bought a boat instead.
The tires I have on there now are 285/50R20, and I cant go any bigger, they rubbed, so I had to do a slight trim on the front bumper on the inside. Now it only has clearance of about 1mm.
badgeless, lose the step bars, and drop it like two inches, take the GMC off the front and get a nice billet grill of some sort, chrome the wheel well maybe.
sorry im into gangster trucks......:D
Gangster trucks
I'd like to get a billet grill, My only thought on losing the step bars is that it may look too high, higher than it is now..

When I bought the wheels, I bought lowering shackles for the rear suspension, and planned on de-cranking the torsion bars in the front to lower it. But after the wheels were on I didnt have the clearance in the front, and it looked stupid with the @ss end lower than the front, so I sold the shackles.
Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
