I don't plan on modifying the vehicle but if something needs replacement then I will try and upgrade it with something better

Royal Purple Motor Oil
Royal Purple Front differential fluid
Royal Purple Rear differential fluid
Royal Purple Transfer Case fluid
K&N Drop in air filter
Air silencer removed
Stock air box air inlet enlarged from 2 inch circle to 6 X 6 opening for "ram air"
Champion copper plugs
8.2 MM taylor spark plug wires
Replaced the stock head light bulbs with a brighter sylvannia improved night vision bulb
EBC slotted and dimpled brake rotors front AND rear
EBC green stuff brake pads front AND rear
Vent window shades for front and rear windows
Aftermarket radio

Below are potential future mods:
Xenon head lights
Replace the center console leather
Hitch for towing
Bigger rear sway bar
Better front and rear speakers and an amp
Magna flow cat back

Nothing too crazy.... just a bit better than stock.

Nice I remember your post on the exploxer nice truck , I getting ready to get a 2000-2002 GMC/chevy truck , might be a a extended cab GMC white dually for $5000 , it has the 7.4 FI 454 motor, will see though.
