Ok seeing what is left to do to my bike to get a little more power out of it w/o going forced induction or spraying or going internal. So far I have a K&N Filter, power commander, full racing exhaust, my velocity stacks come in this week and I'm gonna modify my airbox to positive pressure. Right now I'm probably pushing close to 160 hp @ the wheel by the guessta meter, I'm gonna get it dyno tuned this winter. but before I do get it tuned I want to make sure I'm done with my engine mods so any suggestions?

Um... when my dad got new exhaust (03 Honda Shadow), he was told to ther injectors "re-jetted". Perhaps that? or is that in the tune?

Maybe go full synthetic on it?

I'm fuel injected so no need to rejet. Already running sythetic.

Without going internal eh? Hmm, gear it down maybe? That should aid in the low end power. Other then that, ya got me...

Don't wanna gear it down because like the sig says I'm gonna try to break 200 mph on it. If I still have it in 3 1/2 years I will turbo it when the warranty is up on it, by that time I am betting the motor will have been replaced so it would be nice and tight.

Hey Blueflame... How'd that Power Commander work out for you? I was hell bent on picking one up this summer, but... my buddy bought one for his R1 and even with the downloaded maps, no matter what it didn't improve his bike. We tweaked it every which way too. My other buddy on the other hand, threw a Cobra in his 1000RR and it was night and day.

Not only that, I've yet to see power commander maps for my Blue Flame pipe.

I loved mine I call pull it up in a wheely @ over 100 mph without using the clutch. I downloaded the map off there website then tweeked it by ear and throttle responce by riding it and working out the flat spots. I'm gonna have it custom tuned this winter once I finish all my mods. My roommate has the blueflame on his 03 R6 and it sounds really good. I was gonna get that one for mine but I got a killer deal on mine.
