  • My new car..

    Hyundai XG350L

I bought it off my father for around 9k with 30k miles on it. It still has a bumper to bumper till 5/60k so it should last me till the end of college.

I bought it cause the camaro didn't have A/C and I really can't afford to show up to work dripping with sweat in Dockers and a button down.

Ironic part is, like 6 months ago I dented the car by backing up into a basketball pole on the front left fender; he never got it fixed so it's comming back to me ;)

So far I'm happy with it, it's got leather and all the trimmings that the camaro didn't have. I can also take my friends out now, and they WANT to go in my car. Before it was the loud and hot camaro, with no stereo now since it got jacked in South Philly(errr).

I plan on getting the windows tinted cause I feel like it is a fish bowl compared to the camaro, and just add a single 12" with a amp in the back, cause it lacks that "bump" that I was acustom to.

But if anyone is intrested about buying my car just shoot me an email, I'm not offically selling it in this post, or else it would have gone in For Sale...

That's a nice car from Hyundai but what year though?

How come you only got 60k instead of 100k?

Because 2001 and below seems to be problematic for Hyundai when it comes to transaxle. Even though there was a 100k warranty on drivetrain, customers major complain was the tranaxle.

My wife and I currently owned a Sante Fe which is an sweet ride. Very nice and very comfortable to drive. Before that my wife and I had a 2002 Accent which my wife used to work, school and anything else. In less than 2 years we've put over 100k on it. The only expense we did to it was buying new tires, timing belt and brakes.

I wouldn't mine getting the new Azera with a V6 and 263 hp. The new Sonata is not bad either with a V6 and 240hp. Rumor has it that the next gen. Tiburon would be V6 with 260-270hp.

      Hyundai is really moving along.

        Thor:
        60k bumper to bumper
        100k is just the drivetrain

        It's a 2003.
