1976 Jeep CJ-7 with a 304 V-8 3 speed manual, hooker headers and a holley 650 carb. My first car 96 chevy camaro conv. ...awesome car...that was the car that got me addicted to f-body.... it was a very nice car... it had every option for 96 except y87.....but i am stupid... i sold my very first car for a lousy $3000 ..... i should be spanked :spank: ...... nothing was wrong with the car...it ran perfect...... i miss my car...... :crying:

'cause my first car was a '68 GTO conv. auto. (no top though) with a '69 pontiac 400, cherried out black vinyl interior, (needed a paintjob, but the body and frame were solid) with Cragars...got it for $4500 in '94, but the fukr threw a rod, and I couldn't afford to put in a new 350 (for 1200), and so I left it at a remote junk yard. somebody please kick my ***.Comment

1963 dark blue Plymouth Valiant, 225 cu in straight 6, white topped convertible in 1969. Payed $300 for it - lasted all the way through college and died in 1974, when I bought a 1969 copper Javelin V8 w/4-speed. Those were the days! LOLRobert - owner www.FirebirdV6.com/CamaroV6.com

Learned to drive in a 1991 Chevy Lumina APV(van) and a 1997 Chevy Lumina sedan. Drove the sedan throughout the last couple years of high school. Near the end of high school, I got my 2001 Camaro, which is my current vehicle.Yes, I know \"Artic\" should be spelled \"Arctic\". Can any of the mods change this?Comment

Hi there,
My first car was in 1988... a 1981 OPEL KADETT Wagon ( Opel is a European brand name of GM ). The car had a 1.3L DOHC 4 cylinder ( approx. 80 cui ) engine with 55hp.
I know, it's nothing compared by your US cars, but here in Europe this is a frequently used engine.
The car was horrible, every week we had another malfunction and so we concluded to replace it by a better one. We took a new start with a Volvo 740GL with 2.3L engine, right now we have still Volvo's on the driveway. My wife has a S90 with 3.0L L6 and my daily is a 940 Estate with 2.3L Turbo.
