Shirl...It's currently red and as of 30 minutes ago it's at the paint shop being painted back to the same exact red...Only without any sctraches or chips that it currently has...
Im trying to make this car PERFECT and then perhaps in a few weeks I will sell it and hopefully ill make 2-5 grand...
If someone dose buy it for my asking price or pretty close...
then im gonna go ahead and get a 03-06 SRT 10 convertable..just went and looked at a yellow one today and they are BEAUTIFUL...
Im just not so shore that I want to put a lot of money into modding a car again...
Put around 13 grand into the V6 camaro and got next to nonthing for it on my trade for the Corvette..
Put 5 grand into the Corvette and got next to nonthing for it on my trade for the Viper....
Seems like 430-450 rwhp and 470-490 rwt can be cheaply attained on the Viper for under 1 K total....
These are great numbers but Im really looking for that magical 500 rwhp and 550 rwt number NA...
This 99 Viper can hit those numbers but it's gonna take a nice set of heads to get their ( or every bolt on imaginable)
On the other hand I can buy the 03-06 SRT 10 and have 445 rwhp and 490 rwt right out of the box....Then just an air intake and no cats will get me really close to the 500 rwhp number ( probaly 470 ish) and well over 500 tqe..
So Im really thinking about changing over to the SRT 10...But I need to hand my wife a couplee grand worth of profit from selling the 99 Viper or she's gonna flip out when she see's that I want the newer one now.
