outrageous moderating in the lounge

The lounge moderators are obviously just showing favorites in the lounge.
This post: http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...c;f=6;t=021530 was edited and locked because TEXT that would be censored by the built in profanity checker anyways was deemed inappropriate by Miss Mildred Inferno the resident Southern Baptist Sunday school teacher.

However, this post: http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...c;f=6;t=021534 which links to nudity has been allowed to remain for almost a day. Not only is it misleading in its description by implying that its on the border of being WS and NWS but unlike the first link, if someone just clicked on it while at work whether they were caught viewing it or not they could be fired.
Personally I think that both links should remain witha clear statement that it is NWS and to view at their own risk.
My point of contention is the inaccurate and inconsistant moderating - and this is only an example, it is certainly NOT the first time.

In my defense, the first words were "It's Not Work Safe". I do not find that to be midleading and am sorry if there was any confusion on your part [img]smile.gif[/img]
I went on to say "...but they're clothed (if you don't scoll down) so I guess it's PG-13". If you see somebody post something that first say it is not work safe, then mentions clothing, I do not see how you would still click this at work. I guess it shouldn't have been posted still, which is why it was edited by Teal.. I apologize, next time there will be a better warning. That is, if there is a next time. I don't find many links that are worthy of posting like that one haha.

And Hawgs, I believe what MustangEater is trying to get at here is that you must not be in a very serious work atmosphere if you are checking message boards at work while your sig has links to porn on those message boards.

I do not go to that website at work because of some of the content that has been posted there in the past.
This site is a perfectly good site to visit at work because the moderation is USUALLY good enough to catch stuff like that, and it is a fairly clean board over all.

There are some sites you visit at home and others that you vist at work. I can visit this one at both work and home whereas I tend not to visit that site at work. Just like I do not go browsing through the AAG forums of LS1.com and LS2.com at work.

I have a very serious work atmoshpere 95batmobile as I work for one of the largest oil companies in the country. Thanks.
