What is with Texas???

Whats with all of the texas poeple leaving this board, and then coming back to badmouth it?

They post a link to lonestarsix in every post for the most part.

It is a really annoyance that some of these people are not permanently banned. I don't normally care, but the plugs are becoming shameless. It is totally obvious who these people are, almost the day the register. I think part of running a board and being a moderator should involve banning people that are just plain annoying.

Anyone else agree?

Balloon Knot is really getting anoying. I don't know what his username was last time, but I think it's about time he gets banned again. I have nothing against Lone Star Six, but having their members spam this site is getting old real fast.

FYI: There are plenty of people on lss.com who are not from Texas, and they enjoy it alot. Also, annoying is in the eyes of the beholder/reader..to many, with your train of thought, you should be banned for this thread.

And I agree, BalloonKnot is out of control and somewhat annoying.

In the same way Balloon Knot annoys you...you just might be annoying alot of people posting this worthless thread to complain. It's the internet, the kid has the right to post anywhere until an admin takes that away.

I don't even know who he is on lss.com...I have looked and cannot figure him out, so I obviously don't know/care for the guy a whole lot...

Annoying would be going to LSS and posting camarov6 links all over. But I respect both boards enough not to.

I am posting a legit post, about a REAL problem in the correct forum. Annoying or not to you, it is within the rules.

If you ask me they are trying to steal members because quite a few of them are pissed that they got banned. So what do they do? Start their own little place and in just about every message they post throw in a link to that site. *shrug* Im tired of it.

i don't think they're trying to steal members... i joined over there and i post at both boards now. they're open to accept anybody who wants to post over there and they're just plugging their site to get it some attention.

if someone wants to switch to only posting there, rather than here, so be it.
if they don't want to post there at all, that's fine too.
and, like me, if they want to post at both boards, that's alright as well. it's not nazi germany over there or anything lol.

Actually, as an admin/co-founder of that site, and a longtime member here (clearly I am not banned)....your reply is simply an opinion full of untrue statements. Also, BalloonKnot has been asked to calm down if that helps things here..he is/was out of control.

I'm not banned here, and I post at both sites. I'm not from Texas either. Aside from the plugs, I don't see what the problem (with Texas) is here.

I post on both sites. I have also been on this site longer than anyone who has replied so far.

There are bound to be bitter trouble makers on the internet, so you have to deal with them individually. As for some vast Texas conspiracy to take down this board, I guess I am not privy to it. Must have been an oversight.

I know there are always people who go to far. I understand most of you post on both boards, I read both boards, I am cool with that, but don't cause trouble here, those of us who do prefer this board, don't want trouble.

Hell, even if you do cause trouble, don't do it in the tech forums! Please!
