I was wondering if there is an option where you can only get one e-mail if a topic you have subscribed to receieves a reply instead of one e-mail per reply?

I'm poster on a tampa board with phpbb and it will only send me one e-mail regardless of the amount of replies it receives and won't e-mail again until I re-vist that topic and someone replies again.

Figured it would save bandwidth ? It's not a big deal, just wondering if there's an option.

No.. this BB does not work that way. Every BB has pros/cons..
