The site hardly works!

It used to be like a not very common occurance. But this is definitely the site that i visit the most often. Everyday now, i type it in, and it can't find the "server." I have qwest DSL, i've heard some other people have this problem too, but it really annoys me that i can only visit the site sometimes once every 3 days. I have noticed that it almost never works until about 9-9:30pm my time(pacific).

I'm not sure if there is something you guys can do about this, but if there is that'd be great..

When it works, just put the link into your Favorites, maybe that'll help.

I have never even once had a problem getting onto this site.

Your ISP may not be doing DNS properly. Try this:

You will need to add this into your network settings, these are DNS servers:
67.15.84.57
67.15.85.156

You will need to go to: start -> control panels -> network

once in there, you'll go to the properties of the network connection your using (should be ethernet if your using hardline)

The properties will have a location for DNS server to be added. You can put those two numbers in and then reboot one more time.

Robert is correct. There are MANY ISP's out there that don't have DNS configured properly. Why... some "wise" engineer is calling it security.. I call it a PITA to the propagation of sites.

So... that process is still correct, just plug in these numbers now:

67.15.84.57
67.15.85.156

Those are the primary DNS servers for us. WE HOST those. Those are updated correctly and I've never had problems.

We're sorry for the documents not being updated, I'm sure Robert will get that on his todo list ;)

Thanks guys. I added those IPs and we'll see if that works. I did notice today that it worked the several times i've tried today at all different times throughout the day.. go figure.

i did what you guys told me to do and i didnt have a problem with the site not working for a good 4-5 days. But then just yesterday and today its been doing the same thing it used to. I cant find the server and only works at wierd times of the day. Is there anything else that could be up?
