I just bought my 00 camaro yesterday and saw the article about the intake. I went to home depot and picked up the pieces today and presto much improved sound and slight increase in top end power. It took me about 2 hours to do once I got the measurments and cuts right but well worth the effort and the $$ savings.
Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head.
I saw a link on the fourms to a website that made custom intake tubes, does anyone know what that website was, ive searched like crazy to find it again its very fusterating.
Ah yes i read about that in another thread and totally forgot about it, i didnt realize so many ppl in 98s did that... if it works for them no harm trying it. I already did the smooth lid and ram air mod, definatly feel a difference after cuttin the box and air dam. Thanks for the help.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
