What a day. Started out not knowing if I was going to even be able to race the car due to trans issues discovered Friday. Loaded up and got to Byron Dragway by 1pm, and ripped off a 11.892@112.52, which was a new best. Made a couple more passes in the .80 range. Let Chrs1313 make a pass to see if a light weight jockey could get it done.

Almost as fast even though I easily give up 130lbs to him. I'm beat, had fun, went fast, didn't break anything. Can't ask for much more!

That is with no nitrous. I've been 11.27@119 on a dry kit. It's not set up for a dry kit at all. I need to install my NOS plate and hit it wet to really see a good #. That's my next goal along with running an 11.50 or better on motor.

Thats pretty weak with all those mods. I thought you would be in the 10's with the mighty LS1 God engine. LOL J/K Good #'s and not blowing up anything.

It was a v6 until about 5 months ago. Then it grew balls.

Thanks for the kind words guys. This has been a hell of a project. My goal was the LS1tech stock internal list and I made it. Next goal is a 10 second pass on nitrous. I probably could have done that at the track on sunday, but I really wanted to do it right since it doesn't run well on the dry kit. Next season will probably be heads/cam. If things go really well, I might have a v6 planned as well.....

Do whaaaaat? top 50? Ima check that out. In VA we run low 12's with tune only.

The ls1 keeps kickin threw the years. I just sold my bird with 160,XXX and she was pretty nasty. (smoked a 2001 vette :) )
