Im hoping these headers and piping I got going on will help the times a tad, if not it at least looks much better then the under k-memeber style. (Dont worrie I will turn the turbo so its level when im done)
I think the headers should flow better then the stock manifolds, those were so small comapred to these.
u dont want to go to big with turbo stuff, 1.5inch id primarys is perfect for the 60* motors merges and logs should be 2inch to 2.5 max depending on how many rpms the motor will be turning
all stock motor should use a 2inch xover and log
mild motor spinning to 6,500 should use 2.25
anything above 7k should use 2.5 inch
im pretty sure ur car is going to go low 12's with the new logs, though i may have to stop helping u before u beat my low 12 second record

Well even if I ever get to those low 12 sec passes like you, im sure you can make one way faster, in way less time them me. Im keeping a eye on your builds on TGO.
I will say one thing. I wouldn't have the preformance I have today without Project89's help. :D

haha it dont matter to me if anyone goes faster and ill gladly help u go into the 11's
u have to rember i have a high 8/ low 9 second ride for when i want to go fast :excited:. though i will say the v6 is a joy to drive everyday
Yea the V6's are a blast to drive. Every week someone at the track comes up to see my car. I love it, and when I tell them it ran 17's last year they about **** that its running mid/low 13's.

i had to stop taking my car to the carshow/swapmeet, id have so many ppl asking about the car and interested id never get anytime away from the car to go look around and buy stuff
That makes my set up look like junk..lol Does pills still have that car? Did he get on the dyno or anything, or just keep it on the streets?
it dynoed 17x rwhp and 210rwftlbs with 1 psi of boost and 38% throttle
he still has it its been down for paint and body work, one of these days hell get that finished, though i know every once in a while he takes it out.
he also has a new toy a toyota pickup i think its a toyota so hes been playing with that more then the camaro
thats pretty much the same setup im going to build u this winter, or if u want the full foward facing sweeping headrs ill build u those
he has been putting that car together for something like 12 years now.that lil 3.4 and turbo system is more then capable of going well into the 11's
Would the forward faceing headers help the flow characters any? Basically I want what ever I can always use and not have to upgrade again. Even if something ever happend to my engine, Im hooked on the 2.8/3.1/3.4L idea so those headers would be with me for a long time.

both designs i came up with flow very very well, the reason i designed pilsburys that way was, he refused to give up his ac.
the real advantage to the foward facing sweeping headers is that if u choose to run a turbo with a divided turbine housing u could take advantage of it for faster spool since both sides merge right at the turbine housing
with the setup i designed to retian the ac this is not possible
the forawrd sweeping headers also allow for a 4 inch downpipe to fit with ease, max downpipe with the ac setup is 3inch maybe 3.25 , anything larger would be a headache to do but still possible
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
