    Which is method is better to use at the track? The strut tower bar on or off ?

    I like mine on, it helps the front end stay square and hasn't hurt my times any.

    Unless you are a weight reducing fool, then there should be no harm in leaving it on.

      hmm.. I am not sure about STB, but isn't the loosest front suspension the best? For weight transfer. I take off my endlinks off my front sway bar off to see the difference, the car handles better then a truck, but poorly still. But the front end pops up alot in ever gear and helps with the weight transfer. people say it looks mean when I launch. I bring it up to nearly 4000-4500 RPMs, featehr it then drop it, and I get decent launches, I still have some bog, but it does help with weight transfer.

      I am not sure what one weighs, but I am sure weight is minimal.
