This past wednesday at the Orlando Speed World, i was the only six at the track. I was a little dissapointed, but i represented us GM guys very well. I ran my new best time of 15.561 with a 2.243 60' and finished at 88.69 mph. I was so stoked. Though i am happy, i am won't settle until someday i am in the 14sec club.(naturally aspirated of course!)
I hope to see more of us out there next week.

hehe there is RARELY ever a v6 f-body or stang at OSW. I love it when they are there, Actually somthing to compete with. Hard to find imports with the right setup for me, either they are running 14s, or they are 17s. And I always get lined up with a trans am, not z28s as often but always a trans am.

i haven't actually WON a track race yet...of the passes i've made...
13 second civic...my friend's...my first time out. 14.9 (terrible traction that night) to my 18.2 (FIRST run ever) i had like a 3.5 60'
lost to a probe (15.7 to 16.0, 2.6 60')
then i had multiple trailer queens i ran against, and a 3rd gen Trans am that was well modded, then i had a cobra...bastard beat me by the diffs in our 60'... 2.1 to to 2.5, 15.4 to 15.8. i'm waitin for good traction. i swear i'm the only V6 at edgewater too
heeh I once had loose batterroblem fixed it and got to go with the heavily modifi4ed boys, right after they sprayed it, I launced at like 3.8k, and bogged bad, i went a against a 10.4 second stang, pretty embarassing [img]smile.gif[/img]
