Massachusetts drag tracks?????

hey,
its getting closer to spring, and i think im ready to go to the track, but i have a problem......i doont think there are any tracks in this state! Does anyone know of a good raceway? I know there is one in epping? New Hampshire New England Raceway or something like that.....its one of the best closets to me? I live close to Boston. Also what should i bring, i dont think i need a helmet bceasue i doubt i will break the 14's.

Hey another guy from MA. I think that makes 4 of us now! [img]smile.gif[/img] Anyway I can answer one of your questions. Other than a few small ovals out in Springfield there are no drag strips in Mass. :mad: There is however New England Dragway in NH about an hour away from Boston.

I think you can race on wednesday, friday and saturday for like 17 bucks. Once I get my car modded some I plan on hitting the track some time this summer. If you decide to go, good luck. Be sure to let me know how you did. [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]

thanks for the info......one more question is it all you want to race or do you need to pay eachtime you want to go down the track?

I haven't made it there yet, but as far as I know, you pay your race fee and get as many runs in as you can...
