• A4 Burnout

Hey Guys,
What do you think is up with this? I have a 1999 A4 and when I powerbrake to do a burnout I cant get past 2000 rpms and my tires wont spin at all. I come to a complete stop. Hold the brake. Then stop on the gas. All I feel is my car trying to jump forward. But no spin at all.
I've seen this 2001 A4 do it and he gets past 2000 rpms then his tires starts spinning. Any idea whats up with my car?

Yes.Ive seen it.LOL im the "2001 a4" he's talkin about teehee . Anyways Ryan sits at 2000 RPMs and it wont climb at all. Um i guess you can try this. Give it 3/4 brake..than slam the gas..if you dont feel/hear it spin, let off the brake, and give it more gas untill they spin than quickly slam the brakes.. You were starting to spin em at Cruisers on friday..Do what you did exactly, but less break and more gas..Good luck Ryan..

Slowly bring it up when you powerbrake, dont stomp on it.

When I ease off the brakes a lil then the car starts to creep forward. So then I assume I have to press the brake harder, right?

And I also tried to slowly bring up the rpms. Doenst work that way too.

Man, I had the same problem. I went to asphalt(seems to burnout better) parking lot and finally got em to smoke up. I guess with my BMR LCA and brackets, it makes it alot harder to do. It can be done, you just gotta keep practicing.

your car is simply a wuss

seriously though if i hold the brakes and bring the RPMS up to 1600 the passenger rear spins and then if i keep bringin rpm's upto 2000 they both spin in the back and this is on a freakin open rear..

I have a video of me spinning both but i dont have LSD from the factory and havent installed one
