i have read all about power braking and flashing the converter, and i still need some help. the next time to the track i will be on drag radials (i think i read i should try 22 psi) with my 2800 stall TC. should i rev it up to 2800 and punch it from there or should i flash the TC? i will be on warmed up drag radials so what should i do? my car is an automatic with 3.42s

                OK ok, I'll tell ya.
What drag radials do you have?
Nitto's seem to work well at 22 psi
                B F's weem to work 16-18 psi
Nitto's need a longer burn out than bf's
Pump up the air in the front tires to 40 psi.
Stall it to all hell (as high as it will go without spinning the rear tires) and then on the last yellow floor it (make sure you release the brake pedal too :D )

My best results with street tires were found with 30 psi in the rear and 40 psi in the front.
These were street tires and nitrous runs.
Quick snap of the rear tires.
Not a long burn out or even a short burn out.
                      255 50 16's in all four corners.
I think I went 13.6? with no tire spin at all with the above track method
