    I have a 99 v6 mustang for those that aren't familiar with me.

    First Run- bogged motor on launch at 3k
    60ft: 2.231
    ET: 14.291
    MPH: 98.420

    Second Run- over spun tires on launch at 3500k launch and bogged 2nd gear b/c of it
    60ft: 2.253
    ET: 14.530
    MPH: 98.975

    Third Run- 3250k launch on locked on at 3000k
    60ft: 2.105
    ET: 13.987
    MPH: 99.499

    I could do more better to improve my 60ft times. I added more suspension mods to my car. Eibach drag springs, Lakewood drag shocks 70/30 fronts 50/50 rears, Upper control arm with aluminum bushing, and i already had maximum motor sports lower control arms. My tires were BF goodrich drag radials

    I was racing with two street tires in the trunk and the stock jack stand in the trunk.

    Magnus... Looks like your gonna need to swap out your stock cam and port your heads to stand a chance against me now. [img]smile.gif[/img]

    You've beaten my record and I was impressed. This gave me more motivation to do better. Now it looks like your gonna have to try harder b/c I don't give up easily. I hope this will give you more motivation to get your cam and head ports done. I need competition in the 13 second category all motor.

      Awesome Andy! [img]smile.gif[/img] Congrats man. That's very impressive.

      In my basement right now.. on my table.. I have.. supersix heads.. and a COMP cams camshaft.. install will probably be early next week.

      Oh yes, my car will run faster. ;)

            I've seen his posts here and there and from what I read it seems there might be nitrous involved here and there.
            Previous runs also.
            If, and I say IF, he did run n/a and made it in the 13's then congrat's but there is too much crap that is said when he makes random claims here and there.

              Not trying to be a dick, but why is he on the v6camaro/bird website. Did you used to own one or something?

                Wow, it seems the majority of the guys over there have some serious hate for Andy. Andy, I hear your driving pains. I've got the powerpak, running over 200rwhp, running a 96mph trap speed, but only a 14.8 et. That comes w/ 2.25 60's. I should be mid-low 14's. My problem is using crappy street tires, a 3.23 gear, and lack of practice.
                Oh well, I believe you. Congrats. I'm aspiring for a 13sec n/a v6

                        I welcome your prescence! a V6 mustang owner is probably closer to me than one of my v8 brethren could ever be. I've been to the local car clubs filled with v8 camaros, firebirds, mustangs... and.. I just get ignored.

                          Magnus.. I do happen to have some witness at the website 98cobra.com
                          Its under drag race section and the topic "Sac Tonight(13)" There are a few witness there that saw my run if you go to that thread. One guy happened to got one of my runs on tape and im hoping its the 13.98 time. I'll try to get a copy of it on the web.

                            I agree also just because he doesnt own a fbody that doesnt mean he isnt welcome. I would watch what you say az bot those stang boys have been around longer than you have, just some food for thought

                              i have a 00 3.8l stang and my hopes are for 13's N/A...Mangus, Andy told me to talk to you about a torque converter. You seem to know morea bout them then me. Fill me in?
