High rpm launch better then Low rpm Launch? 3.73 v.s 4.10 launches

Right now I have 3.73 gears and Im having some problems with launching. I have to rev all the way up to 3000 rpm and dump it. There is like a fine line between this and its eaither bog or spin. Since im reving at such a high rpm on launch if I spin the tires its gonna keep on spinning till redline and bog my motor on 2nd gear shifts.

Well my question is is that should I switch to 4.10 gears that way I rev around 2500 rpm and if I spin the tires a bit my tires will lock around 4000rpm and take off.

So the big overal picture is will 4.10 improve my 60ft times v.s a 3.73? Another question is is it better to launch at a high rpm or is it better to launch at a low rpm around 2.5k and lock around 3500-4000 rpm?

I dont see how you would have any better traction by going to 4.10's. If your spinning all the way through first with 3.73's wouldnt it be worse with 4.10's?
