And they are bad a**. Anyway, James, I torqued the lugs to 80 ft. lbs. Is that correct? I read that they have to be re-tightened after about 25 miles or so..
Tomorrow I'll clean him up and start getting him ready for Englishtown on Saturday Hope to see a bunch of you guys down there!
I would think so too.. could it be the weight? I do have a fully loaded RS that weighs around 3400lbs. The MPH is good though. Keep in mind, that was only my 4th run with nitrous with street tires juicing about 40ft outta the hole. Anyway, I do have the spacers on the lugs Keith. So, should I torque them more or keep em' at 80ft lbs.? What you do you think? (thanks). Bob, can't wait to meet up with you guys there.. What time are you going??
Shirl, i'll try to be there at 8:30AM. gates open at 9AM. i hate waiting in long lines.
that's one of the things i love about your car. you ran a high 12-sec pass with it fully loaded (gfx, leather seats and everything but the spare 'coz of the bottle). not to mention the 2-piece DS.
