get those bfg drag radials. The street legal ones. You can get them in 255/50/16 from www.jegs.com for $140. Those would work well on stock rims.

BFG or Nittos.. I prefer nittos though. They'll last longer on the street.

      As for skinnies, you'll need 2 5/16" spacers. www.weldracing.com has a selection of wheels.. I use 15x3.5's...

I'm using a Metric tire.. just went to just tires and they picked out a standard radial for it.

You'll also need longer lugs.. I have closed ends, but some say the open ended ones are better.

I got all my stuff except the tires through summit.

So you are saying to get drag raidals and not full out slicks. I am having probs getting traction with a 75 shot and a 100 shot soon I will have a converter and cam. So go with nittos.
I ran a 13.801 with a 50 shot last night by the way since Im in the drag racing section

Well, an ET Street would be really nice if you plan on going all out, ie: Big stall and spraying out of the hole.

Otherwise I think you could get away with a nitto at low PSI.. a 15x8 wheel would be more ideal though.

An ET Street might be too much tire for AN and could slow you down.

Nittos could be the best overall.

I know of people who have cut 1.5's on nittos. I was able to cut a 1.6 when I sprayed the big shot.

If ALL you care about is Nitrous times, an ET Street would be good.. otherwise I'd go with the nitto. I still think you could hook well with it though.. just loser the PSI.

Beware Kris..my friends firehawk was slowed down by ET streets and he was runnin 13.2s in his stock firehawk.when he put the street tires back on he -picked up a MPH and ran a 13.01..it wasnt a freak run or anything they times with and without the et streets were very consistant.

id say BFG or nitto and drop the tire pressure a bit and try rto find some 15's that would fit on your car..or some salad shooter rims..they are very light..

I would not get ET Streets or slicks, I've gone 12.1 with Nitto DR's, cutting 1.7 60 ft times. Magnus has gone 12.3 with a 100 shot and his car hooked great.

I'd get Nitto drag radials, and get ET Streets if you plan to go into the 11's.

A local Just Tires.. they are about $30 a piece. Then add mounting/ballancing.
