I ran my car today again. It think the ram air kit with 93 octane gas, octane booster, and removing my subs took off a few tenths. My second past was my best this time around. I ran a 14.981@89.66mph. I got the best start yet. A .594 RT!! HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!! Now looking into getting my car in the 14.5-14.7 range and getting into the top ten. Magnus or Admin, get ready to update my times.

It was my first time using the octane booster on my car. Just wanted to try it out. I'm gonna just stick with midgrade to premium gas from now on. I appreciate the advice.
Yeah car and driver did a test a while back, if your car wasn't made for 91 octane, it hurt the performance. You only need it for higher compression, advanced timing etc.

If it wasn't the gas that help knock off a few tenths, then it's definitely the ram air kit. My subs only weighs around 60-70 lbs. I was averaging 15.3 at first. Now it's 15.0. The whisper ramair kit is OVER the free ram air due to my own experience with the two.
Octane booster only raises your octane by tenths of a point. For example, if the bottle says "Guaranteed to raise octane by 9 points!", and you normally run 91 octane, you've just spent 12 bucks to have 91.9 octane gas. If you do the math, its MUCH cheaper than to just get 91 or 93 for the extra $0.20 a gallon. I've run Sunoco 104 octane race gas before. Big mistake. I ran .3 slower, and the car felt much sluggisimo.
So don't buy that crap.

Actually it was 4 bucks. I usually put mid-grade in my tank, but since I was racing that day, I thought I'll try something new. The octane booster is not a regular thing for me, so one time won't hurt. Thanx for the input though.
